PMSH celebrates its 4th year Anniversary last November 7, 2009 with the theme reahing out led by its president Dr. Alvin Rene Susi, Members of the board and supported by Basa Airbase personnel thru the leadership of Major Marcelino Morales.
Unlike the usual celebration this year's anniversary was dedicated to marginalize communities the katutubo in Sitio Camachile, Barangay Nabuklod Floridablanca Pampanga. Align with the corporate social responsibility of PMSH in giving a hand to less fortunate contributing to community building.
Supported by Staff, Nurses, Doctors, and personnel that comprises almost 100 PMSH team members of the outreach program that includes Dr. Ladelle Javier, Dr. Arnel Javier, Dr. Rene Mendiola, Dr. Fidel Mariano, Dr. Chuchi Ramos, Dra. Mildred Mariano, Dr. Rolando Polintan, Dr. Bernadette Aguilar, Dra. Mirafe Pangan, Dr. Ferdinand de Mesa, Dr. Eric Bartolo, Dr. Zenon Ponce and among others.
Blessing of the new expanded Emergency room on February 14, 2009
As part of the continous improvement of PMSH health services to the public, the Emergency room was expanded from four(4) beds to ten(10) in order to accomodate more patients in time of need.

This is the essence of the PMSH 4th Anniversary celebration on November 6 7 and 8, 2009 with the theme: Reaching Out”.
PSMH outreach program is one of the major activities scheduled for the said event with active participation from doctors, nurse, staff, board of directors and with the support of BASA Airbase personnel
The Outreach Program beneficiaries are cultural minorities (katutubo) that reside from Sitio Camachil, Barangay Nabuklod, Floridablangca, Pampanga. It will be held on November 7, 2009 that includes Medical and Dental Services, Health Education, Feeding Program and Distribution of relief goods.
HbA1c test (hemoglobin A1 c test, glycosylated hemoglobin A1 c test, glycohemoglobin A1 test or A1c test) is a lab test which reveals average blood glucose ovear a period of two to three months. Specifically, it measures the number of clucose molecules attached to hemoglobin, a substance in red blood cells. HbA1c test results are expressed as a percentage, with 4 to 6% conidered normal. By measuring attached glucose in a current blood sample, avearage blood sugar levels over the previous two to three months can be determined.
